Rotini and Meatballs
Last night I cooked some rotini noodles and meatballs. Making the noodles is very easy. All you have to do is boil water, put a little salt and olive oil in, and put in the noodles untill they get soft. If you want to take the risk of getting your hands VERY messy........... Then just make the meatballs. These are the steps of making the messy meatballs....... 1. wash your hands. 2.Put chopped meat, garlic, onion powder, bread crumbs, oregano, basil, and an egg in a bowl. 3. Mix it all up using just your hands ( that is the most messy part) 4. Roll into balls and put on a cookie sheet.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. 6. Heat up a pot of tomato sauce and put the meatballs in the sauce when they are done cooking. 7. Cook for 10 more min. 8. Serve and enjoy! (I sure did:)

Meatloaf with Red potatoes and Asparagus
Last night I made meatloaf with red potatoes and asparagus. The meatloaf was ssssssssooooooooo delicious! In the meatloaf I put in garlic powder, onion powder, bread crumbs, and one egg. I mixed it all up and put steak and bbq sauce on top before I cooked it. I cooked it for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. I cut the red potatoes in quarters, drizzled olive oil and seasonings on top. I put a little bit of butter, olive oil, and seasonings on the asparagus. I put everything in the oven to cook with the meatloaf. MMMMM,MMMMM, GOOD!!!!!!!! Came from mom's old recipes.
